BC's Preceptor Development Initiative Committee is a working group that was created to address sustainability of an interprofessional preceptor development and support program for healthcare professionals across the province of BC.  The forum goals and areas of focus include: infrastructure and supports; information sharing and promotion of preceptor experiences; knowledge development and transfer; addressing issues and opportunities.

The purpose of this Committee is to provide a venue for collaboration and knowledge exchange on preceptor development between healthcare leaders from across the province of BC, in order to strategically develop, implement and evaluate a sustainable interprofessional development and support program for healthcare preceptors.
